Using design-build delivery, Clark/Sullivan and its design team delivered a patient focused facility for All Star Investments.The 100,000 sf state-of-the-art medical center provides full outpatient treatment services. The building houses a primary care clinic, a 15,000 sf pharmacy and 12,000 sf of clinical lab-oratories. Included in this facility are a chest clinic, radiology center and refugee clinics. A separate 350 space parking garage adjoins the facility for staff and patient parking.n
