Located at the St. Rose Dominican Hospital – Sienna campus, Clark/Sullivan constructed this 4-story, 97,737 square foot medical office building. The structure offers direct floor-to-floor access between the office building and the hospital, custom office suites designed for improved patient and staff circulation, expedition of workflow and increased office efficiency and patient drop-off area at the main entrance of the structure. The Outpatient Cancer Center occupies 15,000 square feet on the ground floor that houses the most state-of-the-art cancer treatment device, the linear accelerator. Special emphasis was placed on durable finishes, quality hardware, effective sound attenuation and the air conditioning system.n n
