Clark/Sullivan delivered this medical office building on the Renown Regional Medical Center campus on a 10-month schedule.

In addition to the shell and common areas, we delivered the majority of the tenant improvements in the 4-floor, 100,000 sf structure, including a variety of medical offices with diverse diagnostic and treatment equipment, exam rooms, and support facilities.

Tenant improvements ranged in size from $90,000 to $600,000. Several were physician’s offices with exam rooms. The more sophisticated tenant improvements featured specialized equipment such as hyperbaric oxygen chambers.n
