Since the mid-90s, Clark/Sullivan has delivered numerous surgical and interventional suites on the Renown Regional Campus:

• 2010 build-outs in the Tahoe Tower with a state-of-the-art interventional vascular suite on the ground floor and another surgical suite on the first floor. Total contract was $900,000. This is in addition to building the first 17 surgical suites as part of the Tahoe Tower contract delivered in 2008.
• Renown Cardiac Cath Lab was a $360,000 upgrade to the latest technology in 2002.
• Renown Vascular Surgery, a state-of-the-art project remodel $560,000 was completed in early 2000.
• Operating Suites upgrade of 2,000 square feet, a phased $1.4 M non-intrusive project remodeling five of the the hospital’s surgical operating rooms.
