The United Parcel Service (UPS) enlisted Clark/SullivanConstruction’s service on the construction of their 350,000square foot distribution facility in Sparks, NV.nThis project included:

• 180,000 Square Foot Distribution Center
• 135,000 Square Foot Leased Warehouse Space
• 15,000 Square Foot Vehicle Maintenance & Wash Facility
• 20,000 Square Foot Mezzanine Office Arean

The concrete tilt-up facility consisted of some of the heaviest tilt-up panels ever constructed. Project leaders brought in a 260-ton “crawler” specialty crane to handle the massive panels.n

The project featured innovative construction methods and was completed on schedule despite harsh northern Nevada winter weather conditions. The project also came in under budget.nn
