    Clark/Sullivan Construction is requesting bids for the LUSD Kinder Restrooms Project consisting of 4 restrooms at 4 different sites across the Lincoln Unified School District. The sites are identified in the Plans and Manuals and all 4 have a separate set of documents. The project is a DSA project. The bid documents include the DSA Submittal Set.

    Description

    New Construction on the Lake Tahoe Community College Campus. Scopes of work, including but not limited to: Demo, rough grade, underground utilities, structural concrete foundations and slab on grade, CMU masonry block , structural steel, wood framing, insulation, drywall, painting, cabinets and millwork, acoustical and wood plank ceilings, floor finishes, ceramic tile, doors, frames, windows, storefront, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Landscaping, metal fencing, site concrete, pavers, parking lot asphalt, striping and signage.

     

    This is a Prevailing Wage project and is subject to the requirements of SB 693 – Skilled & Trained Workforce.
