Clark/Sullivan Construction completed the construction of the brand-new Rex Fortune Elementary School in Roseville, CA for Center Joint Unified School District.

The new campus, located on a 11-acre site in West Roseville, consists of both modular and permanent structures, including:

- 6,500 square-foot administration building, featuring secure reception, library/innovation lab, nursing station, breakroom spaces and multi-use admin/work spaces

- 7,200 square-foot multi-purpose building featuring full kitchen/servery, cafeteria, stage and integrated AV system

- Two modular kindergarten buildings totaling 7,000 square feet

- Four modular elementary school buildings with a total of 27 classrooms, two STEM labs and multiple office/work spaces, totaling 33,000 square feet.

The project scope also encompasses all site improvements, including underground utilities, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, multiple playground structures and all new landscaping/flatwork.
