To enhance the outdoor experience at Ritz-Carlton Northstar, Clark/ Sullivan led construction of a variety of tenant improvements, which included the following:
- New Backyard BBQ with Seating and Bar
- Bocce Ball Courts
- New Terrace with Seating
- New Pool Deck Amenities
- Ritz Kids & Arcade Improvements
Work included structural steel, concrete footings/slabs, wood framing, stone siding, hardscape, landscaping, sound and lighting systems, heating system, shade system, utilities and all finishes.
The team maintained business as usual and worked through December to meet the Christmas Private Party schedule.
