Clark/Sullivan Construction delivered the 163,000 sf B-Line Systems facility in October 1994. B-Line manufactures telecommunications racking systems, strut products, cable trays and numerous other products made out of metal that can be bent and rolled.

The facility consists of 153,000 square feet of manufacturing space in addition to 10,000 square feet of office space for B-Line executives. The state-of-the-art manufacturing plant was one of northern Nevada’s first to utilize insulated precast concrete wall panels to address the combination of durability, aesthetic value, and interior temperature control.

“Clark/Sullivan partnered with B-Line Systems to create a superior finished factory-warehouse-office complex in record time with no cost overruns or other surprises. The building’s operating efficiency exceeds our expectations and we constantly use it as a showcase for our customers and our community. Clark/Sullivan’s project team was completely dependable, honest and accessible. The project was so well managed that it was fun and we consider B.J., Tim and Steve our friends.” – Bob Bricca, General Manager B-Line Systems, Reno n
