Clark/Sullivan Construction completed the design-build Bender Warehouse project in November 1988 after six months of construction. The warehouse is responsible for contact warehousing for large public companies and also handles final product distribution to the retailer.

The project consisted of constructing 163,000 total square feet. Highlights include:

• 100,000 sf Unrefrigerated Space
• 60,000 sf Refrigerated Space
• 2,000 sf Executive Office Space

The high-rack storage facility’s 60,000 square feet of refrigeration was designed to store warehouse candy for one of their clients, a national candy manufacturer.
