Clark/Sullivan built the 65,000 square foot state-of-the-art health and fitness oasis in the midst of the fabulous Venetian Resort Hotel Casino. The premiere facility dedicated to health, fitness and wellness, has these highlights:

Despite the challenges associated with constructing a world class health spa inside of a fully operational hotel/casino along the Las Vegas strip, Clark/Sullivan completed this impressive project on its 9-month schedule. Construction requirements included large-scale waterproofing, sound proofing, constructing water features in the elevated decks and the installation of European style fitness equipment.

It is a sister facility to similar properties in Tucson and the Berkshires.
