Clark/Sullivan used CMAR to deliver the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) Library/Classroom Building, located at the West Charleston Campus, Las Vegas, NV. The 65,000 square foot general library/ classroom facility serves the varied academic programmatic needs of the rapidly growing college campus. We constructed the facility in the middle of an active campus.

“I would not hesitate to hire this CMAR team again, and I would highly recommend other agencies to give them a strong consideration” – Sherri Payne, College of Southern Nevada

We worked hand-in-hand with Domingo Cambering, the Architect, to create useful solutions for the final product. One example was the way the roof sloped and drained over the library portion of the building. We felt the way it was originally conceived would create problems down the road. The design team agreed and the direction of the roof slope was changed during the pre-construction phase. This resulted in a much more functional design which the facilities people welcomed. n
