The Loux Center at the Community College of Southern Nevada(CCSN) is a public/private partnership between ASI and CCSN. The facility combines classroom space with treatment facilities, and office space giving students the opportunity for hands-on learning.n

The facility provides physical therapy treatment rooms, an occupational therapy laboratory and a physical therapy pool to treat patients with brain stem injuries. The classroom space will be used to teach students how to treat patients with brain stem injuries.n

By choosing the Design-Build method to complete this project CCSN was able to complete this project is 7 months compared to the traditional hard bid method which was estimated by the architect to take approximately 14 months to complete.n
