Using CMAR delivery, Clark/Sullivan collaborated with Washoe County School District to create all new finishes and a single point of entry expansion for the aging Greenbrae Elementary School.

Work was done in two phases so students would not be impacted. Phase 1 in summer 2012 included asbestos abatement.

Phase 2 was done in summer 2013 on an abbreviated schedule when the district shortened its summer calendar by two weeks. It included demolition, lead abatement, new ceilings, ooring, paint, windows, sound system, lighting, mechanical, communication systems, low voltage systems, and security systems.

Through careful planning and value engineering, the team was able to return savings to the district.

Clark/Sullivan Construction has worked as the General Contractor on 20+ Elementary schools in Northern Nevada over the past 26 years. The majority of these projects were completed for Washoe County School District.
