The City of Lathrop needed a new City Hall that would be the first step by the City Fathers in establishing a central identity for the City. Clark/Sullivan constructed the 30,000 sf building housing council chambers and office space for the City staff on a three-acre site. The Clark/Sullivan team was able to overcome the challenge of constructing the desired space with a tight budget.n n
