Using the design-build delivery method, C/S, Pfau Long Architecture and Ward-Young Architecture (collaborating architect) teamed-up to deliver a 7,125 sf facility that can serve the immediate needs of the community, but also has potential for significant growth in the near future as a school campus that emphasizes indoor-outdoor learning.

In order to incorporate the “Tahoe Aesthetics” that the owner desired, the design-assist team chose to use Cross-Laminated Timber, an innovative engineered system, for its efficiency, beauty and strength.
