MGM/Mirage design group chose Clark/Sullivan to construct the hotel giant’s first design-build project. Clark/Sullivan harnessed its broad design-build experience to rapidly complete the high-profile parking structure.

The project team collaborated closely to meet its goal of creating a visually appealing yet highly functional structure. The project came in on time and within budget and is a show piece for the MGM/Mirage design Center.
