The Mills B. Lane Justice Facility is an eight story high rise in downtown Reno. It houses the City of Reno Municipal Court on the first three floors and the Washoe County District Attorneys offices on the top five floors. The building, which connected to an existing building, was constructed with precast exterior, penalized EFI’s and GFRC. Clark & Sullivan managed the project with very little layout area for this curb-to-curb downtown construction project. This justice facility includes prisoner holding cells and an underground parking garage.nn nn
