This energy efficient two-story CMU facility houses over ow for the Municipal Court and Detention Center. Site improvements over the 8.25 acres of land included a 442 space parking lot, drought-tolerate landscaping, and a large monument sign.

Although the contracted project schedule was more than 16 months, Clark/Sullivan Construction improved the schedule by eight weeks to have the project completed in just 14 months.
