Renown Regional Medical Center sought the help of Clark/ Sullivan Construction lead a 131,000 sf, two-floor vertical expansion of the Ambulatory Care Center at their Reno medical campus. The work was accomplished by adding two floors to the existing two-story structure and by constructing two pedestrian bridges to connect the parking structure to the facility.

Construction included eight new surgery rooms, four endoscopy/special procedure rooms, stage 1, 2 and 3 recovery rooms, support laboratories, as well as two elevator rooms serving the new and existing floors.
