This turn-key project offered unique construction challenges such as re-routing electric service, dealing with numerous individual tenant improvements and digging foundations in solid river rock. In addition to the indoor pool, the medical suites and treatment facility featured a daylight basement, post-tensioned first floor parking level and circular concrete planters.nnnThe facility, which is currently owned by Renown Health, serves as a medical office building for various specialties and is part of Renown Health’s medical network.nnn
