As part of the $275 million expansion of the Renown Regional Medical Center in the mid 2000s, Clark/Sullivan Construction delivered a parking structure for use by hospital staff and visitors. The structure features 1,690 spaces on seven levels and was built simultaneously with a 13,000 square foot central utility plant and a 400-foot underground concrete tunnel for utility delivery and materials management.
