The Sandy Turner II facility is located within the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, CA. The design-build team constructed the building under strict security measures which include:

• Clearances on every person who wishes to gain site access
• Inspections of all personnel, tools and equipment coming and going from the site
• Full searches at any time while on the premises

The 5,850 sf building is an education center where inmates can learn skills and trades that will benefit them after their release.nnAlthough heavy rain was persistent throughout much of the second half of the construction schedule, crews were able to over come the extreme weather and maintain the project schedule.n
