Clark/Sullivan Construction simultaneously delivered two buildings in five months for Truckee Meadows Community College in 2005. The buildings are located at its Redfield Campus in south Reno and were the first buildings to be constructed at the campus.

The first building, known as the Nell J. Redfield Building, is a 54,000 square-foot masonry structure and features the following:n

  • Administrative / Faculty Offices
  • Computer Labs
  • Science & General Classrooms

The second building is a 34,500 square-foot masonry structure that is home to the campus’s High Tech Center. It features the following:

  • General Classrooms
  • Science & Nursing Labs
  • Open Computer Lab
  • Distance Education Classroom
  • Library Resource Center
  • Faculty Offices

The campus serves as a collaborative effort in education and training, combining the resources of the University of Nevada,Reno, Truckee Meadows Community College, the Redfield Foundation and local businesses.n
