Clark/Sullivan Construction delivered the William J. Raggio Building in 1997. The 128,000 square-foot building houses the University of Nevada’s College of Education and affiliated educational entities. The multi-story building features classrooms, learning centers, lecture halls and resource centers.n

As a result of diligent planning and logistics, the building was fully operational at the start of the 1997 fall semester and has been serving students ever since.n
