Clark/Sullivan Construction (C/S) is currently looking to hire a full-time Estimator to join our team at either our Roseville (CA) or Sparks (NV) office. If you’re a detail-oriented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced industry and learning from a team of highly-skilled and motivated individuals, this could be the perfect job for you!

1. Lead estimator for pre-construction services, including negotiated and hard bid projects
2. Review bid documents, including plans and specifications
3. Quantity take-offs
4. Labor and material estimates
5. Contact subcontractors and suppliers as scope of work requires
6. Communication with architects, engineers and owners
7. Prepare bids and proposals, including evaluation of subcontractor proposals
8. Buy-out including contract writing and cost coding
9. Travel to other office locations to bid/propose on projects
10. Team player willing to work with others as projects dictate

1. Construction estimating experience
2. Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
3. General contractor estimating experience preferred (not required)
4. Experience with multiple project delivery methods preferred
5. Microsoft Office Proficiency
6. On Screen Take-Off (experience preferred)
7. Sage Estimating program experience a plus (training available)
