Clark/Sullivan Construction helped Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC) grow its campus footprint with the construction of its new Early Learning Center (ELC).

The 2,900 square-foot building serves as the campus preschool and features:

- Classroom and Admin/Office Spaces
- Outdoor Playground
- Radiant Heating in the SOG & Concrete Pathways around the Building
- Custom tree decoration artwork.

This project had its fair share of challenges including delays with DSA due to design changes, COVID-19 changes, weather, Caldor Fire shut-downs and Lake Tahoe tree harvest permit issues/delays. Despite these challenges, the team persevered and collaborated to overcome every challenge that came their way.
