Converse County enlisted the services of Clark/Sullivan Construction to build their 31,000 square foot library building in the town of Douglas, Wyoming.
Facility Highlights Include:
- 20,000 Square-Foot Modular Access Floor
- Steel & CMU Walls
- Thin-Brick
- Curtain Walls
- Glass Elevator
- Intricate Exterior Awnings
- 2 Stories
During the winter months, the project team faced extreme weather conditions, resulting in the need for special-order jobsite heaters to avoid material, piping and electrical issues resulting from low temperatures. The 2-story structure serves as a gathering space for the Douglas community. The space includes a teen center with video game technology, a lounge/cafe with full wifi access and meeting rooms for community use.
