Clark/Sullivan Construction teamed-up with HMC Architects to deliver its first project for Fairfield Suisun Unified School District with its Grange Middle School Student Center Building and campus modernizations. Located where the campus’s former locker room existing, the new Student Center features:

• Cafeteria Space
• Innovation Lab
• College and Career Center

Along with the addition of the new student center, the project included:

• Modernization and Expansion of the School’s Library. Added Spaces Include:
  • Teen Room
  • Restrooms
  • Conference Room
  • Counseling Offices
  • Staff Room
• Conversion of the Old Multi-Purpose Building into new Science Labs
• Addition of a Locker Room Adjacent to the Gymnasium
• New Parking Lots
• Student Quad Area Off of the Student Center
• Renovated Play Fields

This project was completed on time and under budget.
