Legislative Office Parking Facility
Carson City, NV
$3.7 Million
Design-Bid-Build
Airport/ Parking
Completed ahead of schedule in December 1990, the Nevada Legislative Parking Facility was a companion project to Clark/ Sullivan Construction’s Nevada Supreme Court Building Project. The facility consists of 400 parking spaces on three levels.
The construction design used a base slab at grade and two floors of precast concrete with topping slabs. Additional complexities included high-security parking and an extensive permanent dewatering system.
“All work was completed in a professional and timely manner by Clark/Sullivan, including work on project change orders, which were primarily the result of design changes requested by the client.” – Richard S. Knapp, A.I.A., Chief Architectural/Engineering Services, State of Nevada Public Works Board.
