The Clark/Sullivan team completed its first project for Lake Tahoe Community College in 2018 with the construction of the Lisa Maloff University Center. The new building serves as LTCC’s advising and educational facility, which helps students advance from the community college to university level.

The 7,000 square-foot building features faculty offices, formal and informal conference/meeting spaces and classrooms as well as an elegant lobby with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
