C/S was awarded the Marigold Elementary School project by Chico Unified School District shortly after successfully winning the bid for the neighboring Loma Vista School project. Constructed on the same piece of property, the C/S team worked simultaneously to bring both projects to life in a strategically phased manner.

The Marigold School Renovation included:

• Significant classroom upgrades
• New multi-purpose building addition
• New administration building
• Two brand new two-story classroom buildings
• Two new parking lots
• New utility upgrades throughout the campus
• Various site work

The Marigold project was completed on-budget and a full month ahead of schedule!
