Clark/Sullivan delivered the Balboa Cafe for PlumpJack Management Group in the middle of the busy resort village, maintaining business as usual for at Squaw Valley during its ski season.

The team delivering the project shoe-horned a great deal of seating and function into the tiny foot print. They skillfully worked around deep snow and tight constraints for staging materials. They also juggled access another general contractor working on site at the same time and worked to minimize impact to skiers and visitors at the resort.

Our crew worked with low structural clearances and other situations demanding creative solutions. The ceilings were left exposed and many mechanical items were hidden behind strategic soffits. Some mechanical was left exposed but painted.n
