PHASE ONE: John & Sue Dermody Healing Garden

Clark/Sullivan converted an abandoned courtyard into a play and healing garden and created a media center for families. The outdoor portion of the project features play equipment, outdoor furnishings, shade structures, and sculptures. The family center features a library and video game stations.

PHASE TWO: Wilbur D. May Pediatric Intensive Care Unit / Nell J. Redfield Foundation Patient Rooms

Clark/Sullivan renovated the fourth floor of the Sierra Tower to create a state-of-the-art intensive care unit. The floor also features 19 patient rooms for lower-acuity patients, along with three ADA-compliant specialty suites for children or families with disabilities. The floor has two therapeutic playrooms and a Ronald McDonald Family Room and Sleep Room.
