Using design-build delivery, Clark/Sullivan and its design team delivered a patient-focused facility for All Star Investments. The 100,000-sf state-of-the-art medical center provides comprehensive outpatient treatment services. The building houses a primary care clinic, a 15,000 sf pharmacy, and 12,000 sf of clinical laboratories. Included in this facility are a chest clinic, radiology center, and refugee clinics. A separate 350-space parking garage adjoins the facility for staff and patient parking.
