Using design build, we were able to deliver two community facilities for $1.8 M to the Tule River Tribe. The Elders Building is 5,019 sf and is the community center for Tribal Elders. It has a main meeting room, main entry, library, kitchen, storage, offices, and restrooms. A highlight of the project is the large covered outdoor entertaining area. The 2,400 sf Veterans building, which was constructed at the same time, provides tribal veterans with a main entertaining room, bar, kitchen, restrooms, and a covered outdoor entertaining area.nn nn
