Using Construction Management at Risk delivery, Clark/Sullivan delivered this residence hall for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus on time and for the Guaranteed Maximum Price. It consisted of student residence rooms, laundry facilities, study rooms, a computer lab, a multi-purpose room, a fitness room and an associated central plant building.
In our history of building 200+ educational projects, we have always opened projects on schedule for school openings. We met an aggressive 10-month schedule so Dayton Complex could open for the summer session.
Constructed in 10 months, the 103,000 square-foot, four-story residence hall is built around a central courtyard. n
