This $12.4 million residence hall houses 433 undergraduate students. The six-story, 100,000 square foot structure, which features block and plank construction, also has a computer lab and a fitness room. This project was under construction while students were attending classes and is located in the heart of the UNLV campus.

Even with an aggressive 13 month schedule, Clark/Sullivan Construction was able to successfully complete this project without disrupting classes.

Clark/Sullivan’s hard work and excellent communication resulted in a great working partnership with UNLV and the construction management team. Clark/Sullivan self performed all concrete plank erection, concrete work, door frame and hardware activities and roof curbs and nailers. nnThis project was the winner of the NAIOP Spotlight Award in 2001.nn
