Using an advanced and innovative grouted/bonded post tension cable system design, Clark/Sullivan Construction delivered the 320,000 square foot Brian Whalen Parking Garage at the University of Nevada in Reno. Clark/Sullivan’s special approach to project partnering and teamwork, as well as outstanding subcontractor performance helped complete the five-story, 1,010-space parking garage on budget in just seven months – just in time for homecoming.

The parking garage was completed one full month ahead of schedule while school was in session and in the face of extreme and unusual weather conditions.
