Clark/Sullivan Construction worked with Collaborative Design Studio to fully renovate and structurally retrofit the University of Nevada, Reno’s Manzanita Hall Dormitory (originally constructed in the 1896).
The three-story, 30,445 sf renovation scope of the work includes:
- Drilling 14,000+ Holes to Reinforce the Walls for the Seismic Retrofit Portion of the Scope
