Clark/Sullivan Construction worked with Collaborative Design Studio to fully renovate and structurally retrofit the University of Nevada, Reno’s Manzanita Hall Dormitory (originally constructed in the 1896).

The three-story, 30,445 sf renovation scope of the work includes:

  • Drilling 14,000+ Holes to Reinforce the Walls for the Seismic Retrofit Portion of the Scope
  • Full Renovations of Existing:
  • 55 Dormitory Units / Rooms
  • 1 Resident Director’s Studio
  • Laundry Facilities
  • 2 Study Lounges
  • Mechanical Upgrades to Entire Building & Adjacent Building
