Clark/Sullivan completed the new 31,398 sq ft Will C. Wood Science Building for the Vacaville Unified School District. This exciting project is being constructed under the Lease-Leaseback method and Lean Construction methods. The two story building will house twelve new science lab classrooms, four new classrooms, teacher storage and meeting spaces, new science lab workstations and restrooms. The new project includes the construction of 105 new parking stalls, including six accessible stalls, realignment of a western driveway, a new fire road and access to the back of the campus and underground utilities.nn nn
